John Haglund  (BS/MS/PHD)

Dr. Haglund is the dean of sanitation within the food and beverage industry. With over 40 years of experience, his knowledge on sanitary design of facilities and processes is unsurpassed in the industry. Armed only with a hacksaw and his microbiological experience, Dr. Haglund can quickly identify, locate the source and remedy product spoilage and contamination issues within any food processing or handling facility. He is a recognized expert in Title 21 GMP requirements and has audited and provided training to 100ís of food facilities throughout the world.
